Loyalty Card Program
Shop Local - 'Tis the Season

Fresh off The Taste of Chatham, we are launching our LOYALTY CARD PROGRAM! With the holiday season upon us, let's remind & encourage our community to SHOP, DINE, & GIFT LOCALLY!

We need 2 things to make this successful!

1 - SPONSORSHIP!

We need 1 SPONSOR for this card - $500.00.

  • First come, first serve. Whoever contacts us first will be the Sponsor.

  • Sponsor pays for the printing of the cards and their logo appears on the card - see image below for mock up.

Email Allison Slater if interested in sponsorship. chathamareachambernj@gmail.com.

2 - LOYALTY CARD OFFERS!

  • We need YOUR OFFERS to make this Card valuable!

  • What do you want to offer our community this season? A special shopping

discount? A % off a service or product? Free gift wrapping? BOGO?

  • The Loyalty Card will be valid for ONE YEAR, but you can update the offers as

needed, and provide valid timeframes. Help us to kick this off with great Holiday offers!

  • IMPORTANT DATES:

    • FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27th: Offer Submission Form will be live on the Member

Dashboard - this is how you will submit offers to post on the website.

    • FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd: OFFER SUBMISSION DEADLINE.

    • FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10th: Loyalty Card Offers Page will be published on website.

    • WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15th: CARDS GO ON SALE.

The Loyalty Program

  • The card will sell for $20.00 online.

    • Cards can be picked up in store (at AT&T Cellular).

    • If a merchant would like to sell cards in-store, we can set you up with Venmo.

  • Card holders will receive a stamp when they show their card in person for a

transaction (CACC will provide pre-inked stamps to all participating businesses).

  • Card holders can submit their stamped card at the end of the year and enter to win

a FREE LOYALTY CARD for the following year.

Collaboration with The Chatham Performing Arts Boosters

We are partnering with the Boosters to promote the sale of the card - see below for details.

Chatham Performing Arts Boosters

Night of Music - December 8th

The CACC and Chatham Performing Arts Boosters are bringing the community together for a festive evening to celebrate students, the arts and local businesses. We will collaborate to sell the LOYALTY CARD and to participate in A NIGHT OF MUSIC.

The Boosters are coordinating with the Borough to have 4 musical groups stationed around town and perform between 5:30-7:30 PM on Friday, December 8th. Proposed locations are:

  • Library/Scoops Lawn

  • Benches @ Main & Fairmount

  • Firehouse Plaza

  • Gazebo @ Reasoner Park

  • (TBD indoor location for Strings performance)

To make this evening a truly festive community occasion, we are looking for "Station Sponsors" to host treat tables at the locations between 5:00-7:30. (Example - Hot Cocoa on the Lawn, Cookies at Firehouse Plaza, etc.). This would serve as a fundraiser to benefit both the CACC and the Boosters. Proceeds would be raised through the sale of treats and patrons can make additional donations via Venmo.

If you are interested to be a Station Sponsor, CLICK HERE and we will contact you with more information.

The CACC will set up a table to sell Loyalty Cards at this night.

We would love to see special LOYALTY CARD OFFERS that are specific to this night to encourage people to come downtown and shop, dine & enjoy the town before, during and after the performances.

If any merchants are willing to stay open a bit later this evening, that would be a plus!
