F. Gerald New founded his jewelry store in 1941 in East Orange Nj after a 20 year career on New York's 5th avenue with Black Starr and Frost. In 1970 he moved the business to Chatham's Main Street where he was joined in the business by His son-in-law and daughter Edward and Jeanne Jaeckle. Today the Chatham store is run by Gerald New's granddaughter and her husband Catherine and Paul Norbury. We offer fine jewelry and giftware including SIMON PEARCE GLASS and antique silver from London. Our second location in Harding Township is located on Mount Kemble Avenue opened in 1980.
